Sherrie L. Campbell

IT Support Specialist

“I am very passionate about helping people. Whether it is ‘help desk’ issues, creating reports to supply needed data, or updating our technology, I want our team to have the best technology solutions. Technology basically lets me treat my job like solving jigsaw puzzles; I bring all the random pieces together to create elegant patterns.”

Sherrie’s Story

Sherrie is a puzzle person, whether that’s in the form of jigsaw, numbers, word or logic puzzles. This translates well in her role on the technology team, where she helps solve Truepoint’s technology puzzles, like integrating technology into the firm’s many business processes. More specific functions that Sherrie is involved with include handling help desk problems, managing relationships with technology vendors, overseeing the technology budget, and creating processes for data reporting. These projects allow her to bridge the gap between people and technology to allow the Truepoint team to do their jobs more easily.

When not working on puzzles, Sherrie enjoys reading, hiking in the woods, playing cards, and spending time with family. Over the years, Sherrie and her husband have channeled Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers by learning to ballroom dance. For those wondering, their favorite dance is the foxtrot.
