“Early in my career, I was mentored by some great leaders. I was pushed outside of my comfort zone and encouraged to pursue things I would have never thought of pursuing on my own. I then wanted to do the same for others—provide guidance, encouragement and the tools needed for others to find their passion.”
As a senior talent manager at Truepoint, Jessica develops and executes the human capital strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the firm. It’s her love of meeting new people through the recruiting process that makes each day look a little different and feel very rewarding. But once she’s recruited a new member of the team, the work doesn’t end for Jessica. She actively collaborates with all team members to help them grow along a career path they desire. The fact that it often looks different for everyone gives Jessica some serious excitement about being part of the design.
When not coordinating the various school and activities for her three kids and husband, Jessica can be found in the kitchen where she loves to experiment with cooking and baking. Her family enjoys taking trips to destinations with water – whether it’s a lake or ocean-front beach. While all of these interests may not leave much time for other pursuits, Jessica is still hoping to take up tennis.
