In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Katrina Hartsel is responsible for managing the holistic employee experience at Truepoint, focusing on maintaining Truepoint’s reputation as an employer of choice. Additionally, she coordinates and aligns business strategies and initiatives across the firm. This encompasses areas such as team culture, talent acquisition, and development, human resource compliance, corporate administration, organizational structure and management, as well as various projects within the organization. Katrina firmly believes that Truepoint’s success is rooted in its unique culture, and she takes great pride in the firm’s commitment to the idea that content and engaged employees are essential in providing exceptional client service.
Outside of the office, Katrina has a passion for travel, particularly to beach destinations—but she’s open to any exciting adventure. She’s a mother of two and her daughter Sophia is currently pursuing Interior Design at Miami University, while her son Parker is a high school student at Lakota West. Embracing the concept that life is a series of changes and how we navigate them, Katrina finds herself in the role of an almost “empty nester.” She’s exploring various hobbies and interests during this new season of life.
