As the Director of Employee Experience, Katrina focuses on creating the optimal office environment that will enable Truepoint’s team members to thrive. She believes that the secret to Truepoint’s success is its culture, and she is proud of the firm’s belief that happy and engaged employees are necessary for delivering excellent client service. Katrina’s responsibilities include human resources, hiring, onboarding, the employee development processes, and the firm’s financials and reporting. She also serves on Truepoint’s management team.
Outside of the office, Katrina loves to travel, especially to beaches, but she’s up for any adventure. She is also the mother of two teenagers, and whenever it’s baseball or football season, you can find her in the stands, cheering them on. In her down time, she enjoys a good glass of red wine, cooking, music and hanging out with her family, which includes her dog (BFF), Gus.
