Will strives to ensure that Truepoint’s internal procedures support the best possible client experience. His responsibilities include overseeing portfolio reporting and managing the Truepoint client portal. He enjoys creating systems and tools that truly connect with people and help them visualize their progress toward their goals. He is grateful that his job allows him to collaborate with professionals throughout the firm, and—though his work might take place behind the scenes—he loves how his efforts directly contribute to client success and satisfaction.
Outside of the office, Will devotes considerable time to volunteering for youth sports, especially basketball and soccer. He also enjoys running, traveling with his family, and camping.
