Haley’s Story
As a member of the employee experience team, Haley provides benefit support to the entire team by simplifying the intricacies of coverage and compliance and ensuring that all employees know and understand the benefits offered. She assists in the administration of all benefits and retirement programs—answering questions, helping to resolve complex issues, and being a liaison between vendors and our team.
When not working, Haley loves to be outdoors as much as possible, staying active or keeping busy with hiking, camping, backpacking, skiing/snowboarding, gardening, and finding beautiful views. Indoor activities that keep her busy are knitting, baking, drinking good coffee, reading, and playing board games. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially if there is a Bengals game on!
