Courtney’s Story
In her role as Co-Chief Client Officer, Courtney Weber leads the wealth advisory team with the primary objective of ensuring our clients enjoy an exceptional experience with Truepoint. Her unwavering dedication to outstanding client service and her continuous commitment to feedback and learning enables Courtney to orchestrate seamless cooperation and synergy across the firm, particularly with Truepoint’s client-facing teams.
In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Courtney serves as a wealth advisor, diligently working to instill confidence in clients regarding their financial affairs. She perceives herself as a guiding presence throughout their journey of financial decision-making, organizing, and providing information, all while deriving satisfaction from witnessing clients achieve their aspirations.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as hiking in the great outdoors—the more miles, the better. Her beloved Kindle is always full of books, and her pantry is always stocked with chocolate chips, ready for the next spontaneous batch of late-night cookies.
