“Our management team at Truepoint extends a warm welcome to these new team members joining our shareholder group,” said CEO and founder Michael J. Chasnoff. “Our succession plan was crafted with the steadfast goal of upholding Truepoint’s independence and employee ownership, a principle integral to our founding in 1990 and continuing today.”

Established in 2007, Truepoint’s succession plan enables senior team members to become firm shareholders. As the full team has grown to over 80 individuals, the shareholder group now comprises nearly 40% of the entire team. Notably, within the wealth management sector, numerous firms have opted to relinquish control to large external entities, resulting in a dwindling presence of truly independent and locally controlled firms. “Fundamentally, our shareholder opportunity represents a mutually beneficial arrangement for both our team members and clients,” emphasized president and shareholder Steve Condon. “It enables us to attract and recognize exceptional talent within our team, while simultaneously offering clients the assurance and continuity they deserve.”

Conor Feldmann, a senior portfolio manager, works cohesively with wealth advisors and internal tax, estate, and financial planning specialists to seamlessly deliver integrated investment guidance. He helps people cut through the “noise” of financial media to set them up for long-term success. Conor received his bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Dayton and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Josh Kommer, a senior portfolio manager, spends his time sourcing and performing research and due diligence on private (alternative) investments. Additionally, he helps clients have a properly balanced and diversified asset allocation in their portfolios by matching the suitability of investments with their needs in line with portfolio asset allocations. Josh received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Blake Price, a senior wealth advisor, helps clients develop and implement their wealth management strategies, and he serves as the center of the client relationship experience, working closely with each of Truepoint’s specialist teams, including investment management, financial planning, tax management, and estate planning. Blake received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.
