Maria’s Story
As a member of the Employee Experience team, Maria plays a vital role in cultivating a workplace where people feel valued and supported. She assists with the management of HR databases, internal communications, and recruiting, while also helping to cultivate the firm’s vibrant culture through event coordination and her involvement with Truepoint’s Culture Club.
On any given Saturday you can find Maria at a local coffee shop, drinking a matcha latte and reading, thrift shopping at a local charity store, or getting together with friends. If you ask, Maria will tell you all about her favorite books, how much she loves Michigan, and the simple pleasure of a walk in nature.
