Lynda’s Story
Lynda leads Truepoint’s culture and learning and development efforts. Through her leadership of the Culture Club, she focuses on supporting our core values in day-to-day interactions and team events, reinforcing a positive and connected employee experience. She also helps plan and manage professional growth opportunities that enable our people to continue sharpening the skills needed to support our clients and one another.
Outside of work, Lynda puts her organizational skills to work keeping her home clean and well cared for—even faithfully spring cleaning her house every year. To relax, you may find her working on a jigsaw puzzle, cheering on the New York Yankees (the best team in baseball) or going back to her Italian roots by making a mean eggplant parmesan. When she’s not enjoying the comforts of home, she loves to travel in order to see and experience new and beautiful places, especially our National Parks! For shorter getaways? There’s always a quick trip to the local Marshalls, TJ Maxx, or Sierra which Lynda describes as her own form of therapy.
