Lynda’s Story

Lynda provides support in many of the “behind-the-scenes” workings at Truepoint with a focus on the culture and creating a great employee experience. How her days unfold are often a surprise as she gets to help where needed. One day, she might be onboarding new employees or brainstorming ideas for team engagement events and another she might be putting her organizational and project management skills to work to keep the logistical side of our team running smoothly. It’s having the flexibility to work with a variety of teammates on many different projects that Lynda enjoys and that gives her the opportunity to keep a pulse on team culture.

Outside of work, Lynda puts her organizational skills to work keeping her home clean and well cared for—even faithfully spring cleaning her house every year. To relax, you may find her cheering on the New York Yankees (the best team in baseball) or going back to her Italian roots by making a mean eggplant parmesan. When she’s not enjoying the comforts of home, she loves to travel in order to see and experience new and beautiful places, especially our National Parks! For shorter getaways? There’s always a quick trip to the local Marshalls, TJ Maxx, or Sierra which Lynda describes as her own form of therapy.
