Jackie’s Story
As the first point of contact at Truepoint, Jackie plays an important role in delivering exceptional client service and creating a welcoming experience for everyone who visits or calls the firm. She supports daily operations by managing communications, scheduling client meetings for advisors, and assisting with document management and mail.
In addition to her front-desk responsibilities, Jackie contributes to team projects across the firm by supporting client events, data entry, and operational coordination. Her strengths in client service, and operations help ensure a seamless and well-organized experience for both clients and team members.
Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling—especially to tropical destinations—listening to music, cooking for others, and relaxing with her two French bulldogs.
