Cassie’s Story
As a part of the Employee Experience team, Cassie plays a pivotal role in fostering Truepoint’s culture and environment. She oversees a wide range of HR functions, including employee experience strategies, compensation benchmarking, payroll, policy creation, and compliance with employment laws. With 20+ years of HR operations experience combined with certifications in teaching yoga and healing work, Cassie’s unique and compassionate approach helps create a healthy and sustainable workplace.
Personally, Cassie enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Jeff, their two children, Grier and Ellie, and their mini–Aussie Labradoodle, Frankie. She is bilingual in Spanish/English, teaches yoga, plays competitive women’s doubles tennis, and enjoys traveling and exploring nature.
