Bill Felix

Director of Innovation & Shareholder

“What is the problem we are trying to solve? It isn’t always so obvious—that’s why I focus on listening to our team, observing where friction exists, and prototyping better ways forward. Change is constant, and for most, it is hard; solving the wrong problems only makes it feel worse.”

Bill’s Story

Bill is committed to improving how the firm thinks, operates, and serves—developing systems, tools, and data infrastructure along the way. Approaching this work with curiosity and empathy, he views each challenge as an opportunity to explore new frontiers with colleagues—embracing a culture where thoughtful questioning and challenging assumptions lead to better decisions for our clients and our team.

Outside of the office, he serves on the Wyoming Urban Forestry and Beautification Commission. Bill is happiest when traveling with his wife, Sarah, and their two daughters. He also casually enjoys baseball, reading science fiction, and tinkering with the latest new tech.
