Client Survey Methodology
Between 2005 and the fall of 2018, Truepoint Wealth Counsel sent a client survey to 5,381 clients who had not taken the survey in the previous two years. Between 2005 and 2010 the survey was telephonic. Between 2011 and the fall of 2018 the survey was sent electronically with the option to receive a printed survey in the mail. Truepoint has averaged a 35% response rate. The survey consisted of mostly rating (1-10) and short answer questions. The survey has changed from year to year but each year all clients received the same survey. No client was compensated for participating in the survey.
