Wayne’s primary role at Truepoint is focused on serving clients in an advisor capacity. In addition, he co-chairs Truepoint’s Client Experience Committee, ensuring that all new and existing clients receive superior service by coordinating workflow and delivery of services to meet client needs.
Wayne holds a bachelor’s degree from Albion College and an MBA in finance from the Kogod School of Business at the American University in Washington, D.C. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. Prior to entering the investment field, Wayne spent four years as a legislative assistant to then-U.S. Representative Rob Portman.
Outside of work, Wayne is a member of the Cincinnatus Association, an organization dedicated to civic leadership in Greater Cincinnati, and serves on the Hamilton County Hospital Commission. Wayne is also a member of the Summit Country Day Retirement Plan Committee and a former member of Cincinnati City Council. He and his wife have three children.
