“Whether in my personal relationships or professional, I like to be the ‘go-to’ person. I want to be there for my friends when they need a compassionate ear or be the person my clients think to call when issues arise and we can help.”
Building strong client relationships is at the heart of wealth management and one of Heather’s favorite aspects of her work at Truepoint. She is able to help her clients by calling upon Truepoint’s team of specialists and focusing the team on her clients’ circumstances and goals to deliver an outstanding client experience. “I like to thoroughly understand the family and the dynamics of their financial picture. It makes it easier to provide the best service we can and makes the relationship a much more enjoyable one.”
